Everything! I have to admit that I was very lucky in receiving an unexpected room upgrade (to a kind of suite) which obviously enhanced my experience.. But things that I liked about the hotel that would apply more generally were the courteous and kind owner/manager who obviously cared; the good free parking (either within hotel structure or easy street parking opposite the hotel); a wonderfully comfortable bed with a genuinely padded mattress; very nice smooth bed linen; a decent pillow; the immaculate cleanliness throughout; the drinking water and basic toiletries provided; the complementary tea and coffee offered (till 10am) each morning. It was 16 mins walk to the night bazaar for a very wide choice of excellent value food, an occasionally surreal live music show and hours of happy people-watching; 1 minute walk to closest coffee/breakfast option (the rather 'modern' kyoto cafe; good coffee though.)

This hotel may be a bit on the older side, but overall, it’s a solid choice! The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, definitely worth the price. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I got for such a cheap rate! One of the cutest touches was their cleaning policy: they didn’t barge in to clean unless you asked, but they left little care packages outside the door with fresh towels, toilet paper, a rubbish bin, and water. It felt like receiving a thoughtful surprise every day! Plus, having a fridge in the room was a total game-changer for keeping my snacks cool.

Couldn’t recommend this place more! we’re backpacking and arrived in chiang mai after a 14 hour coach exhausted. our room was spotless, very spacious, and had everything we needed: fridge, toiletries, AC, clean towels, water. the rooms are really clean and the beds are SO comfortable, felt like a safe haven after the last few places we’ve stayed at. definitely worth the money and i’d 100% recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfy space to just chill for a few days. the hotel itself is pretty cool, located down a very beautiful street with nice greenery, it’s like a 10 / 15 minute walk into the town area but it’s a nice walk, would recommend!

15 minute walk from night market and downtown. Lots of little local restaurants near by. Quiet setting with lots of trees around and a laundromat a few doors over. Not a big breakfast, but a cookie, banana and a coffee to start your day. Our room was well laid out and comfortable with a big window and decent curtains. Room even had a closet. Had access to a large water jug to refill your water bottles,

Very good in my opinion. The room was better than on the pictures. The staff is extremely nice and the room service was perfect. We got new water everyday. The small "breakfast" is a really nice bonus. I loved that it was in an artist street with less traffic.
